Video Chair Exercise Class is being offered on Tuesdays beginning April 2 at 3:30 pm in Wesley Hall. A consent release form will be provided and will need to be signed before you participate in this class. There is no cost to participating in the class except for everyone’s commitment to their own wellbeing.
