DISCIPLE IV FAQ'S

FAQ’s about

Under The Tree Of Life

How is DISCIPLE IV different from DISCIPLE I?
Everything about DISCIPLE IV is the same as DISCIPLE I except for:
1. DISCIPLE IV runs 32 weeks. This is 2 weeks shorter than DISCIPLE I (34 weeks).
2. DISCIPLE IV focuses on The Writings in the Old Testament (Ruth, 1 & 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Ester, Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon, Lamentations, and Daniel) and the Gospel of John, the epistles of John, James, Jude, and The Revelation in the New Testament.

Do I have to take DISCIPLE I before I take DISCIPLE IV?
Yes. DISCIPLE I is the foundational curriculum for all DISCIPLE courses. This requirement not only prepares participants for the study content, but also ensures participants are experienced in small group dynamics.

Do I have to take DISCIPLE II and III before taking DISCIPLE IV?
No. Only DISCIPLE I is required before enrolling in other DISCIPLE courses.

Is DISCIPLE IV offered every year?
Like all group offerings, the availability of DISCIPLE IV is contingent upon a qualified volunteer leader and a minimum (usually 6) of committed participants.

Who is qualified to lead DISCIPLE IV?
Anyone who has graduated from DISCIPLE I is eligible to be considered as a leader. Training is provided and required for all new group leaders.
